When performing a (draft or final) publication, the option "with offline distribution" can be checked.
In the publication overview an icon will appear, through which the publication of the current manual (zip-file) can be downloaded on a local PC.
At the bottom of the publication overview there is also a link available for the "offline distribution of all manuals". A click on this will download the zip file from all offline publications of all manuals that have been configured for this purpose.
For example, the offline publications can be downloaded to a USB flash drive.
In order to make the offline publication, with all its functionalities, available to the end users, a number of steps have to be taken.
